Why You Should Avoid Microwave Cooking

'Most people think the hazards of microwave cooking are simply involved with microwave emissions from the unit outward and into anxiously awaiting spectators. No big deal. It only takes a few minutes. But much more importantly, microwaved cooked foods can become toxic and carcinogenic.

This is not just hearsay or “fake news” nor is it corporate counter propaganda or merely agitprop. It’s real science, mostly suppressed and marginalized.

When 90 percent of domestic dwellings, offices, restaurants, and even hospitals have and use microwave ovens, you know there would be enough vested interest to defend their use and stonewall any science that threatens both sales and the convenience so many prefer to rely on.'

Stomach Acid Suppressing Meds Causing Infections and Serious Health Problems

'Proton-pump inhibitors (PPIs) are a group of medications whose primary action is a to reduce gastric acid production. Prilosec, prevacid, and nexium are popular PPIs which help constitute a large percentage of the most prescribed medications in the world.

In a population-based study from Scotland, PPIs were linked with an increased risk of intestinal infections with C. difficile and Campylobacter bacteria, which can cause considerable illness. The study adds to a growing body of evidence that the health consequences of PPI-based drugs are causing far more damage to the human body than previously published in medical literature.'

Review of the Benefits of Vitamin D and Recommendations

'Scientifically, several ways exist to gauge vitamin D’s effects. Because solar UVB exposure is the main source of vitamin D for most people, studies of health outcomes and disease rates related to solar UVB doses are useful. Ecological studies offer one way to study how solar UVB affects health outcomes.

In geographical ecological studies, researchers statistically compare average solar UVB doses with health outcomes for populations in geographically defined areas, such as states. Other disease risk–modifying factors also are included in such analyses. Such studies have helped to identify cancers for which UVB exposure and vitamin D reduce risk.'

High-dose vitamin C reduces inflammation in cancer patients, study shows

'The value and impact of a daily vitamin C supplement as well as high, concentrated doses for acute illnesses is becoming increasingly clear. Studies have already shown the efficacy of liposomal vitamin C in treating infections and as an anti-cancer therapy. Now, another study is confirming its effectiveness against inflammation in cancer patients, one of the primary markers.

High levels of inflammation seem to indicate a higher risk of cancer as well as a less hopeful prognosis for healing and recovery. Inflammation impairs the immune system, plays a role in cachexia, lowers toleration of numerous cancer treatments, and generally decreases health and quality of life.'

Best Ways to Keep Winter Allergies Away

'Pollen, mildew, dust—to many people, they’re essentially harmless. For those with allergies, they are the triggers that send their immune system into overdrive.

Allergies are a malfunction of the immune system that causes it to be hypersensitive to stimuli. When the immune system is triggered, immunoglobulin E (IgE), a type of antibody, signals for the release of histamines.

Histamines, which tell mucous membranes to produce mucus and cause blood vessels to dilate, are the catalyst for the inflammation that produces watery eyes, runny nose, and other symptoms we refer to as allergies.'

Coconut Oil Proven Beneficial for Healing Rheumatoid Arthritis and Other Autoimmune Diseases

'There are many chronic debilitating conditions that modern prescribed pharmaceuticals do not handle well, if at all. Most are autoimmune diseases. One of the 90 or so autoimmune diseases is rheumatoid arthritis, which affects at least 2 million Americans, mostly women.

Under the pharmaceutical industry’s rule, mainstream medical doctors do not consider dietary solutions useful. Regardless, some have cured themselves of autoimmune diseases using nutritional supplements and dietary changes. Coconut oil should be considered a major part of both approaches.

Autoimmune diseases are caused when a misguided immune system attacks healthy cells and organs instead of pathogens, creating chronic inflammation, leading to debilitating diseases not caused by pathogens.'

“Asbestos of the Sky” - The Aviation Industry’s Darkest Coverup

'The aviation industry hangs its hat on air travel being "the safest way to travel." The truth, however, is that it has harbored a dark secret since its inception: it's poisoning its passengers and crew due to deeply flawed aircraft design, de-prioritizing safety in favor of profit.

In flight, every crew member and passenger relies on an air supply. The assumption, of course, is that this air is filtered if not fresh. Perhaps you have sensed (and promptly dismissed) that there may be quality control issues around cabin air. The problem goes further than that, however, and astoundingly, this is not by accident but by design.'

'No doubt, you’ve seen them — lists touting the amazing curative power of apple cider vinegar for an amazing number of ills. “ACV” (as it’s sometimes referred to in studies) has been praised for its ability to balance your pH, increase good gut bacteria and help control your weight, as well as many other beneficial things.

Here’s the kicker: All those are true, and more besides. One of the most sensational is its ability to balance your blood sugar. A study at Arizona State University tested 11 volunteers with type 2 diabetes (diagnosed by a doctor) who weren’t taking insulin but continued taking their prescription medications.'

POWER OF SPICE: GINGER

'We are usually advised to add ginger to our foods and drinks to boost our energy, metabolism, or to treat a wide range of symptoms ranging from sore throat to digestive issues. Is ginger really that powerful and versatile?

Let’s find out! Zingiber officinale is a perennial plant with pale pink or yellow flowers. The origin of this plant is not really clear; some say it was first grown in China, others claim it comes from India.

What matters more than it’s origin is the fact that ginger has been used in both China and India for over three thousand years for its medicinal properties.'
