'Whether you call it soy beans or edamame, the bottom line is the same: soy should not be eaten by anyone pursuing good health. By now it’s well known that almost all soy is genetically modified, but what is not so well known is that instead of contributing to nutrition, soybeans and most of the products made from them actually rob the body of nutrients, destroy thyroid function, and cause developmental problems in infants and children.'

Your Untapped Source Of Oxytocin

'Recently, I was watching a lecture of a sadhu (a holy person) in the Himalayas who lived in Gangotri, at the mouth of the Ganges River. While he was talking, he was giving himself an oil massage. This, of course, is a daily practice in India, called abhyanga, but the way he did it took me by surprise.
As he was talking, he was massaging his legs, knees and thighs with oil, but what struck me was the way he was doing it. Instead of simply applying the oil, he seemed to be loving his skin with each stroke, yet still able to hold his thoughts and lecture.'

It is a very sneaky attempt at gaining a foothold on creating greater anti-supplement legislation.'

It's Always the Oxygen...Really

'Think of life in the ocean or an aquarium. Our bodies are just bags of "seawater" full of aquatic cells. The water matrix must be well oxygenated to support fish and cells alike. Oxygen delivery depends on a well charged "inner ocean," and generating that charge depends on oxygen delivery. Real simple. Call me Capt. Obvious.

The universe is a rainbow manifestation born of a singular primal energy that divided itself into a duality of opposites: protons/electrons, acids/alkalies, north pole/south pole, yin/yang, here/there and the boy/girl thing we all deal with daily.'

'Spring has sprung in full force in my neck of the woods, and wow, is the pollen ever thick!

Sounds of people sneezing and blowing their nose fill the pollen laden air with boxes of tissue flying off the shelves fast and furious in pharmacies all across town.

While pollen does indeed make you sneeze if you get a noseful of it, is it really necessary to dread spring every single year knowing that Visine and allergy meds will be your constant companion to deal with watery eyes and congestion for at least a month or two? Is this something you just have to resign yourself to and live with?'

'If you’re an American, you probably store eggs in the refrigerator – and wouldn’t think of doing it any other way. Yet, the US is one of the only countries where chicken eggs are kept refrigerated. In much of Europe, for instance, eggs are often stored right on the counter, at room temperature. But then, US eggs would be illegal in Europe due to an egg-washing process that may actually make them more susceptible to contamination with bacteria like Salmonella.'

'Pain is first energy, second perception, and third physical manifestation. There is no other source of pain but energetic. Physical presentation is always secondary. Every single origin of pain in our bodies can be traced back to a specific emotional state which functions to warn us that there is still work to be done in areas of our lives for which we have yet to integrate lessons. Why? The answer has to do with cancer stem cells (CSCs) that chemo and radiation can't touch.
