'Come down the road of history and watch the vast parade. There were the cave people, with their fear of the thunder and lightning and the forces behind them; there were the priesthoods rattling gourds and pointing scepters; there were the supposed witches, and the alchemists, and the prophets who, we’re to believe, deeded their highest ideas to bureaucrats and killers who would build churches in their name…

And after a time, science emerged, and all was well. Finally. A science of the brain, and of the abnormal patterns. In their great beneficence, governments determined that these scientists should rule that brain…

And here we are.'

Seasonal Health in Peru: Camu Camu

Camu Camu 2

'Peru is rich in amazing super foods. From the Amazon to Andes, I’ve discovered and sampled dozens of foods and herbs loaded with nutrient value and healing properties.

Many of our readers already know of Maca (Lepidium meyenii), a Peruvian super food traditionally consumed as a warm breakfast drink, that’s been proven to have hormone enhancing and regulating properties.

Peruvian purple corn (Spanish: maíz morado) has more polyphenol antioxidants than red wine. Muna (Minthostachys setosa), a type of Andean wild mint, is used for fighting off colds and flu, calming digestive upset and abdominal bloating, and as general health tonic.
Another common Peruvian super food is Camu camu.'

What Is The Deadliest Of All Vaccines According To The Data?

'The standard DTP or DPT (diphtheria, pertussis (whooping cough) and tetanus) vaccine is acknowledged to be the deadliest of all vaccines, causing more disability, illness and the highest risks, even exceeding MMR (measles, mumps and rubella).

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services set up the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (NVICP) in 1988 to compensate individuals and families of individuals injured by covered childhood vaccines. The VICP itself was adopted in response to a the pertussis portion of the DTP vaccine.

Since 1988, the program has been funded by an excise tax on every purchased dose of a covered vaccine. To win an award, a claimant must show a causal connection; if medical records show a child has one of several listed adverse effects soon after vaccination. The burden of proof is the civil-law preponderance-of-the-evidence standard, in other words a showing that causation was more likely than not.'

70 Million Americans Set to Take a Statin and the Flawed 'Evidence'

70 Million Americans Set to Take a Statin and the Flawed 'Evidence'

'The American National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI), via the American Heart Association and the American College of Cardiology have just announced a radical change to the way that statins will now be prescribed. Despite the apparent prestige of the organizations disseminating the new guidelines, this marks the beginning of another dark chapter in the history of medicine.

As we all know, the guidelines were previously based on arbitrary cholesterol numbers. This focus on getting millions of peoples' cholesterol levels below an arbitrary threshold has caused a great deal of harm. The situation was already horrific. But now, it is set to get much worse.

70 Million Americans Set to Take a Statin and the Flawed 'Evidence'

Now that the cholesterol thresholds have been driven down, the next attempt to convert even more healthy people into patients is to put less emphasis on the cholesterol numbers and just start medicating almost everyone regardless. It might seem like I'm exaggerating, but I'm not.'

Use Nature to Safely and Effectively Lessen and Eliminate Old Scars

'Few of us go through life without accumulating a few scars. Sometimes those scars can be unsightly and in other instances old scars and scar tissue can cause physical discomfort and other problems.

If a person is persistent however, scars can often be greatly diminished and even eliminated naturally. Before opting for cosmetic surgery, chemical peels or botox, consider the following safer options:

The first item to consider is digestive enzymes, which are particularly effective in removing and reducing scar tissue. Scars are formed from fibrin as part of the body's natural repair mechanism. Digestive enzymes dissolve and remove fibrin.

Serrapeptase and nattokinase are among the best enzymes for scar tissue removal. Taking the enzymes in quantity 2-3 times daily on an empty stomach gradually dissolves scar tissue. In time even old scar tissue, including keloids, can be dissolved and "eaten away".'

Antioxidants: Beyond the Hype

'The body’s trillion or so cells face formidable threats, from lack of food to infection with a virus. Another constant threat comes from nasty chemicals called free radicals. They are capable of damaging cells and genetic material. The body generates free radicals as the inevitable byproducts of turning food into energy. Others are in the food you eat and the air you breathe. Some are generated by sunlight’s action on the skin and eyes.

Free radicals come in many shapes, sizes, and chemical configurations. What they all share is a voracious appetite for electrons, stealing them from any nearby substances that will yield them. This electron theft can radically alter the “loser’s” structure or function. Free radical damage can change the instructions coded in a strand of DNA.'

Although medical experts have different opinions on how athlete’s foot is transferred, most doctors believe that the primary mode of transportation is through direct contact.

Since Athlete’s Foot is contagious, it may spread to other parts of the body such as scalp and groin. Athlete’s Foot may not generate deadly panic and fear but it can be annoying, uncomfortable and embarrassing.

Daily Chocolate Therapy Recommended for Metabolic Syndrome

Daily Chocolate Therapy Recommended for Metabolic Syndrome

'People diagnosed with "metabolic syndrome" will likely be advised to lose weight. To many that means no more sweets, especially chocolate. But Australian researchers think a daily dose of dark chocolate may be just what the doctor should order. It might well reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke in these high risk patients.

Metabolic syndrome is a cluster of risk factors that increase the probability that someone will develop heart disease or diabetes. It is sometimes referred to as Syndrome X. Generally it includes high blood pressure, excess weight around the middle or central obesity (usually described as an apple-shaped body), and insulin resistance or the inability of the body to use insulin effectively.'

Currently, the Hoxsey Method is primarily marketed by the Bio-Medical Center in Tijuana, Mexico.

Big-PHARMA attempted to purchase Dr. Hoxsey's recipies for big money. Hoxsey was going to sell his organic "cancer cure" to them because he wanted to help MORE people... BUT Hoxsey had one stipulation as a requirement. Harry had promised his father on his death bed that he would NEVER refuse someone for treatment because they couldn't afford the finances. Harry asked the mainstream medical monopolies that were interested in his 'potions', if THEY would uphold his father's dying wish.'

Signs of Liver Damage

'Your health is directly connected to your liver. So if you see visible signs of liver damage, you have already created significant issues and need to take immediate action to start healing this highly important organ. Let’s see how your liver shapes up, and what you can do about it.

Understand your liver

Signs of Liver Damage
The liver is your largest interior organ and is primarily responsible for keeping our bloodstream free of toxic poisons. If it was allowed to fully complete this mission, we could live forever!

Not only is it a large filter, but it also plays a key role in digestion, the formation of blood, and defending our bodies against infection.

In fact, during digestion your liver secretes bile into our small intestine in order to lubricate our intestinal walls. This bile regulates our amount of friendly bacteria, destroys unwanted organisms, and stimulates peristaltic activity to help move fecal matter through and out of our body.'

Getting healthy and living healthy are very important to being self-sufficient. If you are relying on western medicine to keep you healthy, then you are not healthy at all. Western medicine more often than not will treat your symptoms not the root cause. The toxins we put in and on our bodies have a huge impact on our health as well as the fact that we do not nourish ourselves anymore in most cases. We should start with the food we eat, which most cases is not nourishment as much as it is empty calories that are causing more harm than good.'

Monsanto has long argued that glyphosate is perfectly safe for humans. That’s because glyphosate works by disrupting the shikimate pathway in a plant’s metabolism. Human metabolism does not have the shikamate pathway, so we are safe.

But are we? Did you know that you are mostly made up of microbial life? That the bacteria and microbes that live within your gut outnumber your own cells 10 to 1? Did you also know that these microbes which sustain you do have the shikimate pathway?'

Natural Rhthyms and Balance

'For millions of years, Nature has created natural rhythms that maintain a healthy balance for all life on Earth. When these rhythms are disrupted it throws the system out of balance and creates disharmony, disease and extinction. Sometimes these rhythms are disrupted by natural processes in nature such as natural disasters, fires, etc. But even these disruptions are dealt with by natural rhythms. For example, after a fire, nature has created specialized rhythms such as the soil becoming more fertile, specialized plants growing that enhance the re-creation of the original rhythms. Some trees seed pods only open from the heat produced by a fire.'

How to stay healthy despite seasonal changes

'Seasonal changes are often associated with nagging illnesses. The key to staying healthy through seasonal shifts is to transform your diet, lifestyle choices and routines into a potent seasonal medicine. Autumn is the season for condensing, conserving and concentrating the life force.

To maintain our balance in body, mind and spirit through seasonal changes, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) teaches that we need to harmonize our personal energy field with the larger energy of nature of which we are energetically connected. Seasonal changes in TCM represent shifts between yin and yang energies.

In autumn contracting, yin energy replaces the expansive yang energy of summer. Yin energy moves inward and downward in contrast to extroverted yang energy which moves outward and up.

Each seasonal change requires specific adjustments in our body, mind and spirit, so we can maintain and create abundant health year round.'

Cannabis Cures Cancer: Take Five Leaves and Pray

[Sharon Letts]

'The spider web-like mass found in my right breast the summer of 2012 had me thinking about my mom, the farm she was raised on, DDT, Malathion, Rachel Carson, and Cannabis – in that order.

I saw the configuration while proactively peeking over the shoulder of both the mammogram and ultra-sound technicians.

While waiting for the biopsy I decided to do some research, and in no time found an image of a nearly identical mass on the Mayo Clinic’s Web site, naming it, “Lobular Carcinoma.”

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/invasive-lobular-carcinoma/DS01063

This type of cancer begins in the milk-producing glands of the breast, or lobules, affecting 10 to 15 percent of all women in the U.S. It’s a mass, not a lump, as with the ever popular Ductal Carcinoma, affecting up to 85 percent of women in this country.'

The Gut Has a Mind of Its Own: A Homeopathic Strategy to Uproot GI-Related Ills

'Since when do you think with your stomach? Since forever. And this applies to everyone: children, adults, even pets.

Presently, we flounder in the wake of a new trend where the gastrointestinal tract has been disturbed by drugs of commerce to a steroidal level.

I call it the post-modern medicine syndrome: we are in a post-antibiotic, post-birth control pill, post-steroid, post-health phase of human health. Two generations have now suffered in this climate of drug-induced illness, which we call iatrogenic disease.

We have traded our short-term acute ills, such as ear infections, sore throats, fevers, and zits for chronic illnesses: disorders such as ADHD, autism, Alzheimer’s, learning disabilities, and of course, food intolerances and allergies.

The list goes on.

How did it happen? It’s a much simpler matter than it appears on the surface. One of the quickest ways to flip the switch from normal behavior and acceptable health to awful behavior and chronic illness is to employ one or all of these drugs and viola! A healthy GI tract to a disturbed GI tract.'

The Top 10 Healthiest Seeds on Earth

bestseeds_world

'A seed is life. It is a living food. It is impossible to eat a raw seed and not derive nutrition. Many seeds are edible and the majority of human calories come from seeds, especially from legumes and nuts. Seeds also provide most cooking oils, many beverages and spices and some important food additives. In different seeds the seed embryo or the endosperm dominates and provides most of the nutrients. The storage proteins of the embryo and endosperm differ in their amino acid content and physical properties.

How to Eat Seeds

There is only one way to derive nutrition from seeds and that is to eat them raw. Once they are exposed to heat, they produce toxic substances and the vitamin, mineral and essential oil profiles are denatured. By roasting a seed, its classification moves from a living food to a dead food. There is no seed on earth that can withstand roasting or heating without breaking down its nutritional components. Always remember, eat seeds naturally…eat them raw. This also means they can be soaked, ground or mashed (i.e. tahini), especially if a seed’s shell or coat is too difficult to pierce with the teeth.

- Choose raw and unsalted seeds
- Avoid coated or roasted seeds
- Avoid sugar coated seeds'

'The bacteria that live in your intestines are a mixed blessing. Scientists have known for decades that this so-called microbiota helps us digest our food and crowds out infectious germs. The bugs have also been implicated in allergies and obesity. Now, a new study adds one more potential malady to the list: rheumatoid arthritis.

“It’s been suspected for years and years, both in humans and in the animal model, that the development of autoimmune diseases like arthritis is dependent on the gut microbiota,” says immunologist Diane Mathis of Harvard Medical School in Boston. Now, she says, those suspicions are beginning to be confirmed in humans. “It’s a very striking finding.”'

Seeing through the Matrix

'It would be easy for me to go back into the Matrix, the façade world where I don’t understand how “mysterious” ailments occur, and to think that the systems that are in place to protect and sustain us are working as they should.  Undoubtedly, it would be healthier for me to leave my “Floxie” world behind and to go back to what everyone else considers to be the real world.  As a healthy person, I can do that if I choose to.

But I’m choosing not to.  I’m choosing to stay in the “Floxie” world.  I am choosing the version of reality, of truth, that I had when I was sick.  It may not be the healthiest thing in the world for me to do, but it feels like the right thing to do.

  The Matrix

People are sickened by these drugs every day.  Their world is shaken to the core when their health, their pain-free, happy, trusting existence is brutally stolen from them.  It seems like the right thing for me to do to continue to see their pain, to acknowledge their struggles, and to fight the broken systems that are perpetuating the sickening of innocent people.

It feels right to stay in the dark and gloomy “real” world and fight the Agent Smith’s of the world who want to keep us trapped and sick.  So I will continue to do so.  The Matrix, with its niceties wrapped in naiveté, is enticing, but I prefer to know the truth.'
