First They Came for the Raw Milk, And I Did Nothing…..

'I’ve never drank raw milk, but it’s my right to do so. Humanity has done so for tens of thousands of years. On a broader level, we have a human and constitutional right to grow and produce our own food and distribute it among ourselves as citizens. When you read the history books few things stand out as so emblematic of tyranny as feudal designations of all the produce of the land and the farmer as belonging to the king or the nobles.
Therefore it’s a metric of our recrudescence into a new feudalism that a new King, in the form of corporate agriculture and its government lackeys, is trying to proclaim itself the total lord of the food demesne, with the full force of law and the full violence of armed robbery.
Since it’s a “fringe” culture, raw milk is ground zero for the government’s war on food freedom. Corporatism thinks that if it can make raw milk persecution the template, and establish here the legal, political, and tactical precedents, it can from there launch a broader assault on all production and distribution of food outside the corporate system.'

Historic Resolution Adopted by Costa Mesa: Official Position Taken to Ban Dental Mercury Fillings

'The Costa Mesa City Council adopted an historic resolution regarding the ban of dental amalgam filling, also known as the silver-mercury filling. In response to the need for more public education regarding the dangers of the mercury filling, Dr. James Rota, DDS is speaking at a free seminar on Wednesday, November 10, at 6:30 pm, regarding the safe removal of the toxic dental amalgam filling, detoxification, and biological dentistry.

The resolution was sponsored by Gary Monahan, former Mayor of Costa Mesa and sitting Council Member. “This is way overdue here in the United States, and especially California,” said Monahan at Tuesday night’s meeting. Monahan also went on to cite Zogby Poll results wherein 94% of Californians believe that their dentist should be required to inform them about the various types of mercury and non-mercury fillings that are available before filling a cavity.'

Dirty medicine

'After 21 years of reporting on the excesses and dangers of modern medicine for my newsletter What Doctors Don’t Tell You, I have become a bit ho-hum when confronted by yet another new revelation about the practices of drug companies.

But I have to tell you that I have been shaken to the core by new evidence that a good percentage of the medical research published in the world’s top medical literature is ghostwritten.
In the pharmaceutical world, ‘ghostwriting’ has a particular meaning.  A drugs company will hire a PR firm — known in pharma-speak as a ‘medical education and communication company  (MECC)’ –  to prepare clinical trials, engage a ghost to write an article with a positive spin on the results, and then enlist a prominent academic to put his name to a paper he’s had nothing to do with in order to give it a patina of respectability.

This ‘study’ will then be submitted (and usually published) in a respectable medical journal.'

Fluoridated Water—The Ultimate Evil
Sodium fluoride is commonly used as a rat poison. Globalists and eugenicists have decided to add it to water supplies with the message to the public that it is good for teeth, despite warnings from the ADA stating that young children risk a disease called dental fluorosis.

'Water actually is a battleground between good and evil and we see this in the fluoridation issue. One cannot understand the universe of water without grappling with poisonous fluoride and its government-mandated entry into public water supplies in the United States, Brazil, and several other countries that have stupidly followed America’s lead in water fluoridation.

Just because it’s invisible does not make it any less deadly in the long haul in terms of public health. I had to say that because most people in fluoridated countries just don’t mind that it is there; it’s simply off their radar screens. And in fact, when you go back to the history and beginning of water fluoridation, we find out that it was the Nazis who used it first to turn their prisoners of war into passive sheep.'

4 Ways to Regain Control of Your Food

'Where is your food from? What happened to it before it reached your plate? More people are asking these questions, in large part because it is increasingly difficult to answer them. We now know so little about our food, particularly its ecological and social impacts, that it’s easy to feel like we’ve lost control over it.'

Butter vs. Margarine Showdown

 Source: Food Renegade

'It’s no secret that I’m a fan of butter. I love the way it tastes. I love the way it makes other foods taste. I love the way it melts, the rich creamy texture it imparts to delectable recipes, and I love that it is REAL. If I wanted to, I could put a cow out to lush, green pastures every day, milk it, and use my haul to create fresh butter in my own kitchen. I can’t create margarine in my kitchen.

Butter from grass-fed cows is arguably one of the best kinds of fats we can eat, but when you tell most people this they roll their eyems. Where’s the science to back that claim up? They ask. Everyone knows butter is bad, bad, bad for you. Don’t they?

Ah. Well now you can point them to a recent study which broke down the results of the 20 year Framingham Heart study, specifically comparing butter consumption to margarine consumption. Guess which tasty, spreadable fat wins?'

Could Legalizing Marijuana in California Help Cure Breast Cancer?

'For 70 years, we've been taught that marijuana has no accepted medical use and that its high potential for abuse demands absolute prohibition. Medical research has been nearly impossible since obtaining the substance for legitimate studies is restricted by the federal government.

But for a moment, forget the anti-drug ads of stoned teenagers passing the bong and click instead on the National Library of Medicine's website, “” Look under "breast cancer and cannabinoid” and you will find studies in scientific journals like Breast Cancer Research and Treatment that should warrant immediate action: “Our data demonstrate the efficacy of CBD in pre-clinical models of breast cancer. The results have the potential to lead to the development of novel non-toxic compounds for the treatment of breast cancer metastasis…”'

Scientific Consensus: MSG, GMO’s, and Aspartame are Good for Your Health

'As human beings, we’re the only species stupid enough to actually poison ourselves. As part of modern living, we create a wide variety of chemical toxins that go into the ecosystem through rivers and streams, the air, the soil and so on. MSG – is one thing we humans are very fond of adding to our foods. Monosodium glutamate is a widely used food additive. It is the sodium salt of glutamic acid. MSG is a form of glutamate, a carefully regulated neurotransmitter.

This food additive is produced by fermenting sugar beet molasses, and the overly processed form is a fine white crystal that resembles salt or sugar. MSG doesn’t really have a taste of its own but is used to enhance the flavor of other ingredients.

It is put in nearly every canned, packaged, or otherwise processed food out on the market. MSG fools the brain into thinking that something tastes better than it actually does, so it may be used in place of quality ingredients. We humans love that snack aisle.'

Vegetable Gardening: Three Sisters Companion Planting

Celebrate the Three Sisters: Corn, Beans and Squash

'According to Iroquois legend, corn, beans, and squash are three inseparable sisters who only grow and thrive together. This tradition of interplanting corn, beans and squash in the same mounds, widespread among Native American farming societies, is a sophisticated, sustainable system that provided long-term soil fertility and a healthy diet to generations. Growing a Three Sisters garden is a wonderful way to feel more connected to the history of this land, regardless of our ancestry.

Corn, beans and squash were among the first important crops domesticated by ancient Mesoamerican societies. Corn was the primary crop, providing more calories or energy per acre than any other. According to Three Sisters legends corn must grow in community with other crops rather than on its own - it needs the beneficial company and aide of its companions.'

Many 'All Natural' Foods Are Actually Heavily Processed

By Dr.Mercola

What Does an "All Natural" Label Claim Really Mean?

'Zero. Zilch. Nada. Zip.

The natural food label on a processed food has no standard definition and really no meaning at all. The term is only regulated on meat and poultry, for which an item labeled natural may not contain any artificial flavors, colors or chemical preservatives.

But in the processed food arena, a "natural" product can be virtually anything -- genetically modified, full of pesticides, made with corn syrup, additives, preservatives and artificial ingredients. Most are also heavily processed.

It is because of this very vagueness that 7-Up is able to claim it's "100% natural" and still be within its legal rights. It's also due to this misleading nature that many consumers are fooled into buying foods labeled as "natural" in the belief they're better for their health, when in reality they can be complete junk.

But you can expect that food manufacturers will continue to use natural label claims for as long as possible. Products labeled as "natural" or "sustainable" account for $50 billion annually, or 8 percent of total retail grocery sales, so don't expect them to disappear from your grocery store anytime soon.'

Easy Pumpkin Spice Yogurt Cream Cheese

 Source: Food Renegade

'Have you ever wanted to make cheese? Not a cheese ball, mind you. I’m talking about honest-to-goodness homemade cheese.

Thankfully, you can. And it’s easy.

The simplest methods of cheese-making produce soft cream cheeses, so that’s what I’m showing you today — a simple yogurt cream cheese, jazzed up with pumpkin and spices just in time for holiday festivities.

It’s delectable served over sprouted-whole grain toast, or it can be served as a dip with apples.

YUM. Now let’s make some cheese!'

FDA attacks Estrella Family Creamery near Seattle with another Morningside Dairy style raid

Dear Friends,

'Last night at about 5:30 three cars pulled into the yard with FDA and Federal Marshals, alarming our kids. They posted a seizure order that named all cheeses on the property. This is serious, it could put us out of business. I need to write something more lengthy than I have time for right now. But tomorrow we will be at the University District farmer's market, sadly without cheese. But we've invited the media and would love to have our customer's voices heard. Because we've been hearing you voice very strong opinions about wanting the right to choose your food. Please feel free to come and ask questions.'

School children in Florida sickened by pasteurized milk at school’s cafeteria

'“The Broward School District ordered all milk removed from school cafeterias Friday after 12 students at Cooper City Elementary were sent to the school clinic with stomachaches and other children complained that it tasted funny.

The district sent an automated phone message to parents Friday. It also notified its supplier, McArthur Dairy, which sent workers to collect the milk from all Broward schools, according to Nadine Drew, a district spokeswoman.'

Bioidentical Estriol Still Under Threat

'Nurses in Oregon may soon lose their ability to prescribe estriol, the safe and effective bioidentical estrogen hormone. Meanwhile, an FDA-approved menopause drug is killing women at twice the usual mortality rate.
A new study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) shows that women who take the synthetic estrogen replacement product Prempro®—a combination of a potent estrogen derived from pregnant mares’ urine and a synthetic progestin—are twice as likely to die from breast cancer. (This confirms the research we reported to you in 2008.) This month’s Archives of Internal Medicine shows that women taking Prempro® or Premarin® are also 21% more likely to develop kidney stones over five years. A study published last year in The Lancet showed that Prempro® raises the number of lung cancer deaths. And the government-sponsored Women’s Health Initiative study was halted in July 2002 because long-term Prempro use was found to raise the risk of breast cancer, heart attack, and stroke.'

If You Use Herbs and Supplements, You've Been Betrayed by Lawmakers. A HIGHLY URGENT Message...

 By Dr. Mercola

'Unfortunately, your health freedom is being encroached upon at this very moment. The European Union stands poised to enact into law a directive that may have a devastating impact on Europeans’ freedom of choice in regard to supplements, and practitioners of ancient medical modalities such as Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Ayurveda, may lose their ability to prescribe traditional herbal remedies. And once the EU enacts this law, I can strongly assure you the United States will not be far behind. I usually urge my American readers to take action, but in this case, the action call at the end of this article goes out to all my European readers. Please be sure and distribute this information to your family, friends and social networks and ask them to join you in taking action as well.'

Riki Ott: ‘People Now Dropping Dead’ In the Gulf

'In this interview with Rose Aguilar, Riki Ott talks about the health crisis caused by the BP oil disaster in the Gulf. She says she's currently dealing with three or four autopsies and knows of people who are down to 4.7% of their lung capacity and have enlarged hearts. "These people have oil in their bodies," she said.

She believes four to five million people in the Gulf were exposed to either acute or intermediate levels of oil at dangerous levels.

Rose spoke with Riki Ott on the sixth-month anniversary of the BP oil disaster -- one of the largest environmental disasters in U.S. history.

In 1989, Ott, a marine toxicologist who lives in Cordova, Alaska, experienced firsthand the devastating effects of the Exxon Valdex oil disaster.

She's spent five of the past six months traveling back and forth between Louisiana and Florida to gather information about what's really happening in the Gulf and share the lessons she learned about long-term illnesses and deaths of clean-up workers and residents. She's planning to return in January.' For more about her work, visit:

'On the sixth month anniversary of the oil disaster in the gulf, we are still seeing a total media blackout.

The people particularly in Grand Isle have been poisoned by genocidal tyrants that care more about their pocketbooks than they care about human life or mother earth.

According to Riki Ott: "The people that did evacuate (the gulf) are glad they did.
And for good reason.”

She went on to state that deaths from the disaster are now a reality:

Riki said during an interview
” I am dealing with about 3-4  autopsies right now… I know of people whose esophagus’ are de-solving, disintegrating… I know of people with 4.75% of their lung capacity, with enlarged hearts… All of these people have oil in their bodies.”'

Vaccines Did Not Save Us! Two Centuries of Official Statistics

'Child Health Safety has compiled an excellent report on data the drug industry do not want you to see. Here are two centuries of UK, USA and Australian official death statistics which show conclusively and scientifically that modern medicine is not responsible for and played little part in substantially improved life expectancy and survival from disease in western economies.

The main advances in combating disease over 200 years have been better food and clean drinking water.  Improved sanitation, less overcrowded and better living conditions also contribute. This is also borne out in published peer reviewed research.'

Food in Uncertain Times: How to Grow and Store the 5 Crops You Need to Survive

'In an age of erratic weather and instability, it's increasingly important to develop a greater self-reliance when it comes to food. And because of this, more than ever before, farmers are developing new gardening techniques that help achieve a greater resilience. Longtime gardener and scientist Carol Deppe, in her new book The Resilient Gardener: Food Production and Self-Reliance in Uncertain Times, offers a wealth of unique and expansive information for serious home gardeners and farmers who are seeking optimistic advice. Do you want to know more about the five crops you need to survive through the next thousand years? What about tips for drying summer squash, for your winter soups? Ever thought of keeping ducks on your land?'

U.S. Ranks 49th in Life Expectancy, First in Health Care Costs

 By Dr. Mercola

'America ranks 49th in life expectancy worldwide, putting it lower than a dozen other developed nations.
However, researchers determined that obesity, traffic accidents and a high murder rate may not be the main causes -- the U.S. didn't stand out as doing any worse in these areas than any of the other countries studied.

Instead, poor health care may be to blame. Factors such as costly specialized and fragmented care are likely playing a large role in the nation's poor performance'

Commenting on the study in Salon, Glenn Greenwald noted:
"It's easy to say and easy to document, but quite difficult to really internalize, that the United States is in the process of imperial collapse. Every now and then, however, one encounters certain facts which compellingly and viscerally highlight how real that is."

Top 50 Psychiatrists Paid by Pharmaceutical Companies

Top 50 Psychiatrists Paid by Pharmaceutical Companies

'Who were the top 50 psychiatrists in the U.S. paid by the top seven pharmaceutical companies? This past week, ProPublica, an independent, non-profit newsroom that produces investigative journalism in the public interest, recently decided to answer that question by compiling a list of 384 physicians and health care providers who earned more than $100,000 total from one or more of the seven companies that have disclosed payments in 2009 and early 2010. Click here for the full list of 384 physicians. We combed that list and found the top 50 psychiatry earners for the past two years (2009-2010). You can click on any name below to learn more about the physician.'

'As this year’s election draws close, it’s business as usual, as far as Health Freedom is concerned.  This issue isn’t just in the shadows.  It’s in the closet behind the shadows, locked in tight.
The avalanche of pharmaceutical ads on TV drones on.  The attacks on natural health set off firecrackers here and there: “Patients shouldn’t be allowed to choose alternative remedies, because that will take them away from medicines that really help.”
“We, the medical elites, know what’s best for you, and we’ll shove it down your throats.”'

Gardasil's tragic toll

 By Dr.William Campbell Douglass

'Exposed! Newly uncovered documents reveal that the world's most tragic and dangerous public health experiment has claimed more young victims.

Gardasil, Merck's horrifically bad HPV vaccine being pushed on little girls around the world, has been linked to 16 more deaths -- including four suicides -- and thousands of other terrifying side effects.'

Women Are Dying From Hormone Therapy; Why Is Pharma Still Allowed to Push It?

Big Pharma is still pushing its hormone therapy for women, despite the fact that it increases women's risk of cancer and other health problems.

'Want to increase your chances of getting, and possibly dying from, node-positive breast cancer? Take hormone therapy.

Pharma's lucrative estrogen plus progestin combo is already known to increase the chance of getting breast cancer by 26 percent. But an article in this week's Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) shows hormone therapy also increases the chance of dying from breast cancer, as followups are conducted on women who took it.

In fact hormone therapy, already indicted for causing delays in breast cancer diagnosis by increasing breast density (and increasing lung cancer deaths) is now so dangerous that Peter B. Bach of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, who wrote an accompanying JAMA editorial, told the New York Times that even the recommendation to take "the lowest possible doses for the shortest possible time" is now questionable. Perhaps like prescribing the fewest and lowest tar cigarettes as possible.'

The Pharmaceutical Industrial Complex: A Deadly Fairy Tale

'When we speak of the pharmaceutical industry complex, it does not refer solely to private drug manufacturers. The complex, like a Matrix that holds captive the health of the nation in medical slavery by its own design and manipulation, is a consortium, a spiders’ web woven with financial attachments throughout the medical profession.

In addition to the pharmaceutical and medical device firms, this complex includes every government health agency—the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the National Institutes of Health (NIH), and or course the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)—as well as drug lobbying firms now employing a large number of former Congresspersons, insurance and HMO companies, all of the leading professional medical associations such as the American Medical Association (AMA) and the American Psychiatric Association (APA), the majority of medical schools and their research departments who are heavily funded by drug money, many of the most prestigious medical journals, and ultimately all of this filtering downward to the physicians who diagnose our illnesses and prescribe our medications and treatments.'
